The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle window initialization method, a controller, a vehicle and a program product, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a preset initialization condition, and controlling a vehicle window to move to a first locked-rotor position for zero position calibration; the first locked-rotor position is any corresponding vehicle window position when a motor for controlling the vehicle window to move generates locked-rotor current; the zero position calibration comprises the step of calibrating pre-stored motor working parameters into calibration numerical values; after the zero position calibration is completed and the vehicle window is controlled to move to a second locked-rotor position, the corresponding relation between the working parameters of the motor and the travel of the vehicle window is calibrated based on the second locked-rotor position, and the second locked-rotor position is the corresponding position of the other vehicle window when the motor generates locked-rotor current; the corresponding relation is used for mobile positioning of the car window. The initialization process of the car window is carried out after the initialization condition is triggered, accumulated errors of car window position calculation are eliminated, the whole initialization process is non-inductive to a user, and therefore the user experience is improved.
