Provided is a tiltable display screen assembly of a diagnostic analyzer. The tiltable display screen assembly includes: a tiltable support interconnectable with a handheld device including a display screen; a multi-angle adjuster having an adjustment feature; and a tilt screen mechanism pivotable relative to the tiltable support. The tilt screen mechanism includes: a shaft; one or more movable blades coupled to the shaft; and an adjustment member suspended from the shaft, the adjustment member configured to engage with an adjustment feature of the multi-angle adjuster to adjust a tilt angle of the tiltable support and a display screen of the handheld device. Diagnostic analyzers including the tiltable display screen assembly and methods for adjusting a tilt angle of a display screen of a diagnostic analyzer are also described, as are other aspects.
