The invention discloses a magnesium-calcium series anti-crack agent, a preparation method thereof and waterproof cement mortar. The anti-crack agent comprises a mixture formed by magnesium oxide and calcium oxide to which graphene oxide is attached. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) fully mixing magnesium oxide and calcium oxide to obtain magnesium-calcium powder, and then fluidizing the powder; and (2) a dispersion liquid formed by atomized graphene oxide and a volatile non-aqueous dispersion medium is applied to the fluidized powder. And mechanically grinding the obtained mixture to obtain the magnesium-calcium series anti-crack agent. The waterproof cement mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a cementing material, 2 to 10 parts of the magnesium-calcium series anti-crack agent disclosed by the invention, 120 to 350 parts of fine aggregate and 30 to 60 parts of mixing water. The anti-crack agent effectively realizes real-time compensation of the internal volume change of the cement mortar, prevents micro-crack development, and realizes efficient water resistance of the cement mortar.
