The invention discloses a preparation method of nano-modified hole slag recycled aggregate early-strength concrete, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing hole slag recycled aggregate with tetraethoxysilane modified liquid, standing, separating out the aggregate, putting the aggregate into saturated lime water, heating, preserving heat, continuously stirring, screening the obtained aggregate, and drying to obtain the nano-modified hole slag recycled aggregate early-strength concrete. The modified hole slag recycled coarse aggregate and the modified hole slag recycled fine aggregate are obtained. And (2) uniformly mixing magnesium phosphate cement, quicklime powder and nano silicon dioxide, granulating, and coating the surface of obtained particles with a paraffin coating layer containing a calcium ion complexing agent to obtain the early strength agent. And (3) taking Portland cement, hole slag barren rock, a water reducing agent, the modified hole slag recycled coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate and an early strength agent. The concrete is obtained by uniformly mixing the raw materials, adding water and uniformly stirring. Microcracks in the hole slag recycled aggregate are repaired through a nano repair technology, the workability and compressive strength of the concrete are effectively improved, and utilization of the hole slag recycled aggregate is promoted.
本发明公开一种纳米改性洞渣再生骨料早强混凝土的制备方法,包括步骤:(1)将洞渣再生骨料与正硅酸乙酯改性液混合,静止后分离出所述骨料,将其置于饱和石灰水中加热保温并不断搅拌,完成后将得到的骨料筛分,得到改性洞渣再生粗骨料、改性洞渣再生细骨料。(2)将磷酸镁水泥、生石灰粉和纳米二氧化硅混合均匀后造粒,然后在得到的颗粒物表面包覆含有钙离子络合剂的石蜡包覆层,即得早强剂。(3)取硅酸盐水泥、洞渣废石、减水剂、改性洞渣再生粗骨料、细骨料、早强剂。将上述原料混合均匀后加水拌匀,即得所述混凝土。本发明通过纳米修复技术对洞渣再生骨料中的微裂纹进行修复,有效提高了混凝土的工作性和抗压强度,有利于促进洞渣再生骨料的利用。
