The invention discloses an anti-aging flame-retardant master batch for PE artificial grass and a preparation method thereof, and the master batch is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 30%-43% of low density polyethylene, 17%-40% of a flame-retardant filler, 32%-51% of an anti-aging filler, 3%-12% of an antioxidant, 0.5%-3% of a plasticizer, 5%-13% of an antistatic agent, 0.3%-1% of a light stabilizer, and 0.7%-1.9% of a flame retardant. The flame-retardant filler comprises zinc hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, montmorillonite and nano-silver, and the flame-retardant filler is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45.5%-67.5% of zinc hydroxide, 15.3%-40.1% of glass fiber, 2.6%-8% of montmorillonite and 3.3%-9.6% of nano-silver. The low-density polyethylene, the flame-retardant filler, the anti-aging filler, the antioxidant, the plasticizer, the antistatic agent, the light stabilizer and the flame retardant are matched with one another, so that the prepared PE master batch is higher in strength, can be prevented from being aged too early when being used outdoors, has a certain flame-retardant effect, and meets the manufacturing standard of PE artificial grass yarns.
