The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic engineering, and particularly discloses a garbage interception treatment device for hydraulic engineering, comprising: a garbage interception mechanism comprising a concrete main body and a first filter screen plate; the garbage shifting and transporting mechanism comprises supporting assemblies, a base plate and a second filter screen plate, the supporting assemblies are arranged on the left side and the right side of the concrete body and comprise positioning rods and fixing rods, the fixing rods are connected with the concrete body, the two ends of the base plate are movably arranged on the fixing rods on the two sides in a sleeving mode respectively, and a buoyancy assembly is arranged below the base plate. An axial driving assembly is arranged above the base plate, and the second filter screen plate is mounted on the axial driving assembly; and the garbage concentrated salvage mechanism comprises two storage concentrated boxes symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the concrete body, salvage openings are formed in the top faces of the storage concentrated boxes, and garbage salvage assemblies are installed at the salvage openings. The water level adaptability is high, and garbage can be intercepted and cleaned under different water level conditions.
