The invention relates to an abandoned mine ecological restoration mountain reinforcing device which comprises an anchoring assembly used for positioning on a mountain, a blocking net assembly used for covering soil and a filling assembly used for conducting cement filling on the anchoring assembly, and the anchoring assembly comprises a connecting disc and a connecting ring rotationally arranged in an inner cavity of the connecting disc; a connecting groove in transmission connection with a drill bit of a drilling machine is formed in the top of the connecting ring, and combined installation can be rapidly conducted through the anchoring assembly used for conducting positioning on a mountain, the blocking net assembly used for covering soil and the filling assembly used for conducting cement filling on the anchoring assembly; and the inserting rods can be quickly inserted in the upper portion of the mountain to be fixed, later-stage falling of the mountain can be effectively prevented, and the device is simple in structure, convenient to install and capable of being suitable for being used in various mountains with different dip angles.
