The invention discloses a high-power mining hydraulic grooving machine which comprises a body part, a walking mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a working arm connected with the rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism comprises a lifting oil cylinder, a rotating speed reducing unit and a rotating supporting part, the lifting oil cylinder is connected with one end of the working arm, and the rotating speed reducing unit is connected with the other end of the working arm. The lifting oil cylinder is installed on the slewing bearing part to control the working arm to ascend and descend, the slewing bearing part is meshed with a gear of the slewing speed reduction unit to control the working arm to rotate and swing, the working arm comprises a working head, a quick-change pin shaft, a swing oil cylinder and a connecting rod mechanism, the working head is detachably connected with the working arm based on the quick-change pin shaft, and the working head is rotationally connected with the connecting rod mechanism. A protective plate is arranged at the joint of the connecting rod mechanism and the swing oil cylinder, the swing oil cylinder drives the working head to swing based on connection of the connecting rod mechanism, and through the structure, the problem that an existing grooving machine can only conduct cutting work with small cutting amount and short cutting work time such as a water tank and a water pump pit is solved.
