The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and provides an energy-saving and emission-reducing temporary combined house which comprises a house body structure, a curtain wall structure, a corridor structure, a photovoltaic system and a ventilation flow guide structure. A space is kept between the curtain wall structure and the house main body structure to form a corridor space; a ventilation plate is arranged on the corridor structure; the photovoltaic system comprises a photovoltaic panel; the ventilation flow guide structure comprises an annular coaming assembly arranged between the photovoltaic panel and the roof, and a cavity is defined by the coaming assembly, the photovoltaic panel and the roof. The coaming assembly is provided with an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel. And the air inlet channel is communicated with the corridor space. In summer, hot air in an indoor public area can be conducted to the cavity of the roof through the ventilation plate and the air inlet channel and then discharged outdoors through the air outlet channel. In winter, the air outlet channel can be sealed through the movable sealing plate, outdoor cold air flow is prevented from flowing back to the indoor space or indoor hot air flow is prevented from being conducted to the outdoor space, use of indoor refrigeration and heating equipment is reduced, and house energy consumption and carbon emission are reduced.
