The road and bridge engineering management foundation maintenance device structurally comprises a fixing plate, a flushing device, a water pipe connector, a connecting plate and an opening and closing plate, the fixing plate is welded to the side face of the connecting plate, the water pipe connector is installed in the middle of the upper end of the flushing device, the side face of the flushing device is welded to the side face of the connecting plate, and an opening and closing plate hinge is clamped to the side face of the flushing device. When a spraying plate sprays water flow, sundries impacted by the spraying plate are impacted by the water flow to be splashed to a guide plate, move towards the right side of the guide plate under sliding of a sliding plate and then stay in a filter plate, so that collection of the sundries on the surface of the foundation is achieved, and the sundries are prevented from being flushed to one side of the road and bridge foundation to be accumulated; and water is sprayed out from the gap between the bearing rods, a water column is gradually reduced from right to left, and under the equal pressure, the smaller the gap is, the higher the pressure is, the flushing effect is enhanced, impurities are prevented from being bonded to the surface of the foundation and cannot be flushed away, and the situation that the impurities still stay on the surface of the foundation after one-time flushing is avoided.

本发明公开了一种路桥工程管理地基养护装置，其结构包括固定板、冲洗装置、水管接头、连接板、开合板，固定板焊接在连接板侧面，水管接头安装于冲洗装置上端中间，冲洗装置侧面焊接在连接板侧面，开合板合页卡合在冲洗装置侧面，本发明中喷射板喷射水流时，被喷射板冲击的杂物被水流冲击飞溅到引导板上，在滑动板的滑动下往引导板右侧活动，进而停留在过滤板内，进而实现对地基表面杂物的收集，防止杂物被冲到路桥地基的一侧堆积，且水在轴承杆之间的间隙中喷出，从右到左的水柱逐渐变小，在等同压力下，间隙越小压力越强，加强冲洗效果，防止杂物粘合在地基表面冲洗不掉，避免一次冲洗杂物仍然停留在地基表面。
