Flame-retardant antibacterial sound-insulation composite fiberboard and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of layered products, in particular to a flame-retardant, antibacterial and sound-insulation composite fiberboard and a preparation method thereof.The flame-retardant, antibacterial and sound-insulation composite fiberboard is sequentially composed of a sound-insulation and flame-retardant layer, a reinforcing layer, an antibacterial and flame-retardant layer and a facing layer; the sound-insulation flame-retardant layer is prepared by hot-melting and bonding sisal fibers, polyester fibers and collagenous fibers, adding a first flame retardant and mixing; the reinforcing layer is of a net-layer-shaped structure formed by compounding aramid fibers and bamboo fibers and then performing hot melting and bonding on the aramid fibers and the bamboo fibers; the antibacterial flame-retardant layer is prepared by mixing and hot-pressing raw materials including bamboo charcoal activated carbon, a second flame retardant and volcanic rock particles; the facing layer is a non-woven fabric surface layer; pMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) powder is added into the soundproof flame-retardant layer, the enhancement layer, the antibacterial flame-retardant layer and the facing layer for hot drying, pressing and bonding. Through mutual crosslinking of different functional layers, autonomous bonding of the composite fiberboard is achieved, the flame retardance, antibacterial performance and sound insulation performance of the composite fiberboard are improved, meanwhile, the formaldehyde content of the composite fiberboard can be reduced, and the living environment quality is improved.
