Treatment method of arsenic-containing desulfurized gypsum
The invention relates to the technical field of desulfurization gypsum treatment, and discloses a treatment method of arsenic-containing desulfurization gypsum. The method comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially carrying out ball milling on the arsenic-containing desulfurized gypsum, and screening with a 100-mesh screen; (2) the arsenic-containing desulfurized gypsum is placed in a soak solution to be soaked, then solid-liquid separation is conducted, the soak solution contains acid and water-soluble organic matter, and the acid is selected from one or more than two of citric acid, nitric acid and oxalic acid; (3) the first solid-phase product, an alkaline solution and a first oxidizing agent are subjected to a reaction, alkali in the alkaline solution is ammonia water and/or sodium hydroxide, and the first oxidizing agent is hydrogen peroxide; (4) reacting the second solid-phase product, an acidic solution and a second oxidant; and (5) reacting the third solid-phase product with an organic alcohol solution. According to the method, arsenic in the desulfurization gypsum can be effectively removed, and meanwhile calcium sulfite in the desulfurization gypsum is oxidized.
本发明涉及脱硫石膏处理技术领域,公开了一种含砷脱硫石膏的处理方法。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将含砷脱硫石膏依次进行球磨、过100目筛网;(2)将含砷脱硫石膏置于浸泡液中进行浸泡,然后固液分离,其中,所述浸泡液含有酸和水溶性有机物,且酸选自柠檬酸、硝酸和草酸中的一种或两种以上;(3)将所述第一固相产物、碱性溶液和第一氧化剂进行反应,其中,所述碱性溶液中的碱为氨水和/或氢氧化钠,所述第一氧化剂为双氧水;(4)将所述第二固相产物、酸性溶液和第二氧化剂进行反应;(5)将所述第三固相产物与有机醇溶液进行反应。该方法能够有效脱除脱硫石膏中的砷,同时氧化脱硫石膏中的亚硫酸钙。
