The invention relates to a three-dimensional nano aerogel material based on an ultrasonic-assisted freezing technology and a preparation method of the three-dimensional nano aerogel material, and relates to the technical field of high polymer materials. The preparation method of the three-dimensional nano aerogel material comprises the following steps: preparing a polyamide acid salt solution; carrying out ultrasonic-assisted freezing on the polyamide acid salt solution; performing freeze drying to obtain polyamide acid aerogel; and carrying out thermal imidization treatment and graphitization treatment to obtain the three-dimensional nano aerogel material. According to the method, the ultrasonic field effect is introduced into the preparation of the aerogel material to control the thickness of the sheet layer of the aerogel material, so that the prepared three-dimensional nano aerogel material has high conductivity, high thermal conductivity, high specific surface area and excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and mechanical performance.
