本发明涉及刚玉骨料技术领域,具体涉及一种锌铝尖晶石包覆刚玉核壳结构骨料及其制备方法;包括以下步骤:步骤一、将可溶性盐溶于水中,再将刚玉骨料倒入溶液中,烘干得到负载锌盐刚玉骨料;步骤二、将步骤一制得的负载锌盐的刚玉骨料在一定温度下烧结,即可得到锌铝尖晶石包覆刚玉核壳结构骨料;本发明制备锌铝尖晶石包覆刚玉核壳结构骨料,其结构特征为锌铝尖晶石在刚玉外壳形成致密层,铝尖晶石与刚玉结合牢固,强度高,应用范围广,用核壳结构的刚玉骨料制备作耐火浇注料,其抗侵蚀性能明显提高,与对比样相比,侵蚀深度减小了31.7%,具有较好的抗侵蚀性能。且制备方法简单高效,值得推广。
