The invention provides a full-prefabricated fast-assembly internal structure of a large-diameter shield tunnel and a construction method. The internal structure comprises a prefabricated middle box culvert, prefabricated side box culverts and connecting steel plates. The middle box culvert is arranged in the middle of the large-diameter shield tunnel, the middle box culvert is of a square-like frame structure, the side box culverts are of C-shaped opening structures, and openings of the two side box culverts face oppositely and are formed in the two transverse end side faces of the middle box culvert correspondingly; the longitudinal width of the middle box culvert and the longitudinal width of the side box culverts are matched with the ring width of a tunnel lining segment. First angle steel is pre-embedded in the tops of the two transverse ends of the middle box culvert, second angle steel is pre-embedded in the top connecting ends of the side box culverts, and the connecting steel plates are welded to the tops of the first angle steel and the second angle steel. Bottom connecting ends of the side box culverts are in mortise and tenon connection with the bottoms of transverse end side surfaces of the middle box culverts; according to the technical scheme, the precision and efficiency of prefabrication and assembly are improved, and higher economical efficiency is achieved.
