The invention discloses a highway construction maintenance device which comprises a gravel cleaning mechanism and a spraying mechanism. The gravel cleaning mechanism comprises a base, a through groove is formed in the base, a main shaft is rotationally connected to the bottom of the base, driving wheels are fixedly installed at the two ends of the main shaft, a first motor is fixedly installed at the top of the base through a support, and an output shaft of the first motor penetrates through the through groove and is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear. The outer side of the first bevel gear is connected with a second bevel gear in an engaged mode. According to the highway construction maintenance device, through the arrangement of a broken stone cleaning mechanism and a spraying mechanism, a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear can drive a driving wheel to rotate after a first motor is started, and therefore a base can drive a push plate to clean broken stones; the rod body which swings back and forth can drive the spray head to uniformly spray and fall dust; through the arrangement, the efficiency and safety during road gravel cleaning work are effectively improved.
