The invention discloses an anti-sliding device for seabed and underwater landslide control and a manufacturing method. Tension-shear steel bars of a pile body of an anti-sliding pile are basalt longitudinal bars and spiral stirrups, and the bending-shear resistance in a complex seabed environment is achieved; a cementing material in the pile body adopts a mixture containing artificial ice rock, red gravel, basalt fiber and purified water as a freezing cement, the pile body binding material evaporator is continuously arranged in a U shape along the longitudinal direction of the circumference of the pile body and is connected with a capillary tube and a compressor through an inlet and an outlet to form a closed-loop cooling system, and energy needed by the cooling system is saved. The wind power system supplies power to the compressor, and continuous and stable operation of the cooling system is ensured. In order to ensure constant temperature in the pile body, a phenolic resin thermal insulation material containing 1% of silicon dioxide aerogel is filled between the pile casing and the pile body, the condenser and the capillary tube are arranged at the top of the slide-resistant pile body on the seabed, the compressor is arranged on the outer side of the wind driven generator pile body, inspection and maintenance are facilitated, and the failure rate of the whole system is reduced.
本发明公开一种海底和水下滑坡治理抗滑装置及制造方法,其中抗滑桩桩体受拉剪钢筋为玄武岩纵筋和螺旋箍筋,实现在复杂海底环境下的抗弯剪能力,桩体内部胶结材料采用含有人造冰岩、红色砂砾、玄武岩纤维及纯净水的混合物作为冻结胶结物,桩体粘结材料蒸发器沿桩体圆周纵向呈U型连续设置,通过进出口与毛细管和压缩机相连,形成闭环的冷却系统,对于冷却系统所需能源,风电系统为压缩机供电,确保了冷却系统的持续稳定运行。为保证桩体内恒温,在护筒与桩体之间填充有含有1%二氧化硅气凝胶的酚醛树脂保温隔热材料,冷凝器、毛细管布置在海底的抗滑桩桩体顶部,压缩机布置在风力发电机桩体外侧,便于检查维修,降低整个系统故障率。
