The telescopic frame is installed on the lower portion of the main frame, can extend and retract in the height direction and is used for supporting the whole water tank frame. The water tank is adjustably installed on the upper portion of the main frame through a connecting piece. The mounting height of the water tank is adjusted; the installation height of the pedestal pan is adjusted; the adjustment of the supporting height of the telescopic frame is realized; and the adjustable range is larger, the adaptability is higher, and the use experience feeling is improved.
