The invention provides a wall body, a building module and a construction method. The wall body comprises a wall plate and a pipeline assembly. The wall plate comprises a connecting surface; the pipeline assembly is located in the wallboard and comprises a connecting component, the connecting component extends to the connecting face, and the cross sectional area of the connecting component is gradually decreased from the connecting face to the interior of the wallboard. According to the wall body, the pipeline assembly is directly pre-buried in the wall plate, the working procedures of pipeline assembly connection construction, concrete backfilling and the like after project site stacking are reduced, and the site workload is effectively reduced; in addition, the connecting surfaces and the connecting components are arranged, so that mutual splicing of a plurality of wall bodies is facilitated.
