The invention discloses an angle-adjustable large double-curved-surface daylighting roof system which comprises a plate unit of a glass curtain wall and a supporting unit for supporting the plate unit, and the plate unit comprises two symmetrically-arranged glass panels, connecting auxiliary frames arranged at the bottoms of the glass panels and an upper meshing piece connected with the two connecting auxiliary frames. The connecting auxiliary frames are bonded to the bottom of the glass panel, the butt joint ends of the two connecting auxiliary frames are rotationally engaged with the corresponding upper engagement pieces respectively, and the space between the two upper engagement pieces is filled with sealant; the supporting unit is located between the upper meshing piece and the main body steel piece, the lower portion of the supporting unit is detachably installed on the main body steel piece, and the top of the supporting unit is rotationally meshed with the butt joint ends of the two connecting auxiliary frames through the lower meshing piece. The method has the beneficial effects that the installation is smoother, the size of an outdoor glue line is kept consistent, and the outdoor appearance is more attractive; the angle can be adjusted in a large range, and the device is suitable for large hyperboloid special-shaped daylighting roof projects; and an indoor secondary waterproof measure is taken.
