The method comprises the following steps that S1, an arch is divided into a plurality of sections, and a steel outer formwork is customized according to the sections; s2, according to the design size of the arch cavity, a plurality of filling limiting plates are evenly arranged on the arc-shaped steel beams; s3, gaps between the filling limiting plates and the arc-shaped steel beams are filled with extruded sheets, and the adjacent extruded sheets adhere to form a pouring inner mold; s4, the pouring inner mold is supplemented, trimmed and polished, so that the two sides and the bottom of the pouring inner mold are smooth curved surfaces; s5, the pouring inner mold is fixed and positioned through an opposite-pull screw rod; s6, the filling limiting plate is dismantled, and the pouring inner mold is wrapped with a fireproof and waterproof film; s7, the outer wall of the pouring inner mold serves as a datum plane, and two or more layers of reinforcing meshes are laid on the outer portion of the pouring inner mold; and S8, the customized steel outer formwork is fixedly installed on the outer portion of the reinforcing mesh on the outermost side.
