The invention provides a directional blasting demolition method and system for a high-position notch of a reinforced concrete cooling tower, and the method comprises the following steps: marking a blasting notch range on a cylinder wall of the reinforced concrete cooling tower, digging a directional window and a guide window in the blasting notch range, and taking the residual cylinder wall in the blasting notch range as a drilling area for drilling blast holes; filling the blast holes with digital electronic detonators and emulsion explosives; the digital electronic detonators are connected and networked through a network line, and a blasting network is obtained; and the emulsion explosive in the blast hole is timed, and directional blasting demolition of the high-position notch of the reinforced concrete cooling tower is completed based on the blasting network. The directional blasting demolition of the high-position notch of the cooling tower can be realized, the construction period can be obviously shortened, the cost is reduced, the collapse length of the cooling tower is reduced, the collapse grounding vibration of the cooling tower is reduced, and the safety of peripheral protected objects is facilitated.
本发明提供一种钢筋混凝土冷却塔高位切口定向爆破拆除方法及系统,方法包括以下步骤:在钢筋混凝土冷却塔筒壁划出爆破切口范围,并在爆破切口范围内开凿定向窗以及导向窗,将爆破切口范围内剩余筒壁作为钻孔区钻凿炮孔;利用数码电子雷管以及乳化炸药填塞炮孔;采用网路线将数码电子雷管连接组网,获得爆破网路;对炮孔内的乳化炸药进行赋时,并基于爆破网路,完成对钢筋混凝土冷却塔高位切口的定向爆破拆除。本发明可实现冷却塔高位切口定向爆破拆除,能够明显缩短工期、降低成本,减小冷却塔倒塌长度,降低冷却塔倒塌触地振动,有利于周边保护对象的安全。
