The invention provides a degreasing device (100) which can be maintained in a proper period to ensure the maximum operation time of the device, and even if an unexpected abnormality occurs, the factor of the unexpected abnormality can be further determined with good precision. To this end, a degreasing device (100) is provided with: a heating furnace (1) that accommodates an object to be processed (W) and performs degreasing treatment; a measurement device (2) for measuring the amount of generated gas generated in the degreasing treatment or a value indirectly representing the amount (hereinafter referred to as the amount of generated gas); and an information processing device (7) that calculates management information, which is information relating to management including inspection/maintenance periods, on the basis of the amount of generated gas measured by the measurement device (2).
