The invention relates to an automatic cleaning device for the inner wall of a large drainage pipeline. The automatic cleaning device for the inner wall comprises a water pump, a water passing mechanism, a supporting mechanism and at least two water spraying mechanisms. The water passing mechanism communicates with the water pump. The supporting mechanisms are connected to the water passing mechanism in a matched mode at intervals. All the water spraying mechanisms bypass the peripheral side of the water passing mechanism to be arranged at intervals, each water spraying mechanism comprises a water spraying assembly and a second rolling wheel, each water spraying assembly comprises a water spraying channel, a water inlet and a water spraying opening, the water inlet and the water spraying opening are communicated with the water spraying channel, the end, provided with the water inlet, of each water spraying assembly is connected with the water passing mechanism in a matched mode, and the water inlets are communicated with the water passing channels; the water spraying openings of all the water spraying mechanisms are formed in the same side of the circumferential side of the water passing mechanism, and the water spraying openings of all the water spraying mechanisms are formed in the same side of the axial direction of the water passing mechanism. According to the automatic inner wall cleaning device, in the water spraying process, the automatic inner wall cleaning device can be pushed to move in the axial direction of the pipeline, and all the water spraying assemblies are pushed to rotate in the circumferential direction of the water passing mechanism to spray water, so that comprehensive cleaning of the inner wall of the pipeline is achieved.
