The invention relates to a method for producing an anti-seepage brick of an aluminum electrolysis cell from a waste electroceramic material, which comprises the following steps: 1) coarsely crushing the waste electroceramic material to below 50mm by a jaw crusher, crushing to below 10mm by a roll crusher, and finely crushing to below 2.8 mm by the roll crusher to obtain a waste electroceramic aggregate of less than or equal to 2.8 mm; (2) mixing and stirring the waste electroceramic aggregate, a binding agent and a component regulator to obtain pug, ageing the pug, then performing compression to obtain a green body, drying the green body, and then performing high-temperature firing to obtain the aluminum electrolysis cell anti-seepage brick, in the step (1), the materials obtained after intermediate crushing are screened and classified, coarse particles of 10-6 mm, medium particles of 6-3 mm and fine particles smaller than or equal to 3 mm are obtained, and the coarse particles, the medium particles and the fine particles are matched according to the proportion of 1: 1: (1-1.5) and then subjected to fine crushing. According to the method, the quality of the aggregate obtained after the waste electroceramics are crushed is controlled, and the appearance qualification rate of the green body can be increased to 96% or above.
