A sunken step is arranged on the base, the trestle plate is placed on the step, a gap is formed between the side wall, corresponding to the step, of the trestle plate and the trestle plate, and a hoisting hole is further formed in the position, corresponding to the step, of the trestle plate; a gap is formed in the trestle plate, a hoisting hole is formed in the trestle plate, a connecting piece is arranged in the hoisting hole in a penetrating mode, the connecting piece stretches out of the hoisting hole and then stretches into the gap, a notch is formed in the side, corresponding to the step, of the trestle plate, the notch is communicated with the hoisting hole, the gap is filled with concrete in a pouring mode, and the concrete enters the hoisting hole through the notch. According to the scheme, the trestle plate and the reverse ridge edge can be attached more tightly, gaps are eliminated, and meanwhile the mounting effect of the trestle plate is improved.
