The invention provides a girder aqueduct body construction method without a support. The structure of the beam-type aqueduct is fully and reasonably utilized, a landing support is not required to be erected, the construction difficulty of erecting the support and a supporting template is greatly reduced, and the construction of the giant beam-type rectangular aqueduct body under the difficult conditions of deep valleys, wading, river beach soft foundations, high clearance, fluctuating terrain and the like becomes possible. The method is characterized in that a first-stage trough body concrete high-rigidity prefabricated structure is used as a spanning type support and a bottom formwork for second-stage trough body concrete construction; a combined structure composed of first-stage and second-stage groove body concrete is used as a spanning type support and a bottom formwork for third-stage groove body concrete construction; prestress is applied in batches and parts according to construction loads in different stages, so that the purpose of building a groove body without arranging a support is achieved.
本发明提出了一种免设支撑的梁式渡槽槽身建造方法。充分合理地利用梁式渡槽自身结构,免于搭设落地支撑,极大降低了架设支撑和支护模板的施工难度,使在深谷、涉水、河滩软基、高净空、地势高低起伏等困难条件下建造巨型梁式矩形渡槽槽身成为可能。其特征在于,利用一期槽身混凝土高刚度预制结构作为二期槽身混凝土施工的跨越式支撑和底部模板;利用一期、二期槽身混凝土所组成的组合结构作为三期槽身混凝土施工的跨越式支撑和底部模板;根据不同阶段施工荷载分批次、分部位施加预应力,从而达到不用设置支撑即可完成槽身建造的目的。
