Through the action of an adjusting plate and a tamping plate, after the device lifts a rammed earth block to a certain degree, the rammed earth block freely falls under the action of gravity, a foundation pile is hammered through the gravity, and through sliding between a sliding block and a sliding groove and sliding between a limiting groove and a protection block, a transmission plate is kept stable in the up-down moving process; and deviation of the transmission plate is avoided, so that it is guaranteed that the rammed earth block vertically falls down, and the foundation pile is hammered.
