The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a thermal insulation integrated laminated shear wall and a preparation method thereof.The thermal insulation integrated laminated shear wall comprises a laminated shear wall outer-layer prefabricated slab, a thermal insulation layer, a cavity, a single truss and a laminated shear wall inner-layer prefabricated slab; the lower chord reinforcing steel bars of the single truss are fixed to the single-layer two-way reinforcing steel bars of the laminated shear wall outer-layer prefabricated slab, and the upper chord reinforcing steel bars of the single truss are fixed to the single-layer two-way reinforcing steel bars of the laminated shear wall inner-layer prefabricated slab. Compared with the prior art, the using amount of steel bars can be saved, it can be guaranteed that the single truss does not interfere with arrangement of the heat preservation layer, cold bridges are reduced, the service life of the heat preservation layer and the laminated shear wall prefabricated slab is the same, and it can be guaranteed that the single truss, the heat preservation layer and the laminated shear wall outer layer prefabricated slab are integrally designed; and automatic production of the thermal insulation layer and the laminated shear wall outer layer prefabricated slab is achieved.
