The invention discloses a cornice shaping combined formwork structure and a construction method thereof.The cornice shaping combined formwork structure comprises a plurality of formwork units, each formwork unit comprises two layers of supporting plates and a blocking plate which are oppositely arranged, one sides of the two layers of supporting plates abut against the upper portion and the lower portion of a notch of a prefabricated non-dismantling formwork of an outer wall, and the other sides of the two layers of supporting plates abut against the upper portion and the lower portion of the notch of the prefabricated non-dismantling formwork of the outer wall; the plugging plate is mounted between the other sides of the two layers of supporting plates in a position-adjustable manner, and the plugging plate and the two layers of supporting plates are enclosed to form a channel; the other sides of the two layers of supporting plate blocks are detachably mounted on the connecting plate; the end sealing plates are sealing plate blocks mounted at the end parts of the plurality of template units; and the locking piece is pressed against the outer side of the end sealing plate, and the two ends of the locking piece extend to the upper portion and the lower portion of the end sealing plate and are connected to the two layers of supporting plate blocks at the ends of the multiple formwork units correspondingly. The problems that an outer wall with a modeling cornice is poured through a prefabricated non-dismantling formwork, secondary construction needs to be conducted on the cornice part, and leakage is likely to happen to the later joint part are solved.
本发明公开了一种挑檐造型定型化组合模板结构及其施工方法,包括:多个模板单元,模板单元包括相对设置的两层支承板块和封堵板块,两层支承板块的一侧分别抵靠于外墙的预制免拆模板的缺口的上部和下部,封堵板块位置可调地安装于两层支承板块的另一侧之间,封堵板块与两层支承板块之间围合形成槽道;联结板,两层支承板块的另一侧可拆卸地安装于联结板;封端板,安装于多个模板单元的端部的封堵板块;锁合件,压抵于封端板的外侧,锁合件的两端延伸至封端板的上部和下部并分别连接于多个模板单元的端部的两层支承板块。本发明解决了具有造型挑檐的外墙采用预制免拆模板贯通浇筑,需要对挑檐部位二次施工,后期接茬部位易渗漏的问题。
