The stay wire fixing device is mainly used for being installed between an angle steel tower base material and a holding pole and comprises angle steel to be connected, a base, an anchor plate, an anchoring connector and a plurality of stay wires. The base is connected with angle steel to be connected through the grapnel; a sliding rail is arranged on the top of the base in the length direction. Sliding blocks matched with the sliding rails are arranged at the bottom of the anchor plate, and the anchor plate can freely slide along the sliding rails at the bottom of the base through the sliding blocks. The anchoring joint is fixed on the anchor plate; one end of each stay wire is fixed to the anchoring connector, and the other end of each stay wire is a free end.
