The invention provides a composite ecological permeable dam. The composite ecological permeable dam comprises a pretreatment unit, a bionic carrier unit, a mud storage tank and a modular filtering unit which are sequentially arranged in the water flowing direction. Wherein the bionic carrier unit comprises a support body which is mounted on a section through which the target water body flows; the multiple stages of inclined plates are obliquely arranged on the supporting body at intervals in the height direction, and a water flow channel is formed by every two adjacent stages of inclined plates; the artificial fiber aquatic plants are arranged on the bottom surface of each stage of inclined plate in one row or multiple rows in an array mode and directly face the top surface of the next stage of inclined plate; wherein the sludge storage tank is positioned below the last stage of inclined plate so as to receive impurities carried by the target water body. The composite permeable dam provided by the invention is coupled with the bionic carrier unit and multi-stage water purification, so that the problems that a traditional water purification system is greatly influenced by turbidity, is weak in water purification effect, is unsmooth in sludge discharge and is easy to block are solved.
