The invention discloses a high-toughness and high-durability geopolymer hydraulic anti-abrasion material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 36-42 parts of fly ash, 7-9 parts of calcined metakaolin, 4-5 parts of Portland cement, 2-3 parts of silica fume, 2-3 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 15-19 parts of fine aggregate (natural river sand, carborundum and rubber particles in a ratio of 4.5: 4.5: 1), 0.5-1 part of water and 26-29 parts of water glass. 2-3 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1.2-1.8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and 0.4-0.6 part of polyvinyl alcohol powder. The high-toughness and high-durability geopolymer hydraulic erosion and abrasion resistant material disclosed by the invention has better toughness, impact resistance and abrasion resistance, and compared with a traditional material, the material disclosed by the invention shows better durability in water flow impact, impact and abrasion environments, so that the sustainability of a project is improved; in addition, the geopolymer serving as a main cementing material is more energy-saving and environment-friendly, and construction, popularization and application are easy by adopting normal-temperature maintenance.
