The invention relates to the technical field of open-web type overpass frameworks, and discloses an open-web type truss pedestrian overpass. The main bridge comprises a bridge floor, vertical web members, an upper chord member, a lower chord member, a main bridge pier and a main bridge canopy; the top ends of the vertical web members are connected with upper chords, and the top ends of the upper chords are connected with a main bridge canopy through supports. The bottom ends of the vertical web members are connected with lower chords which are combined with concrete to form a bridge floor, and the two sides of the bottoms of the lower chords are connected with main bridge piers which are fixed to the ground. The end parts of the stairway are respectively connected with the ground and the bridge floor, and a plurality of stairway canopies are arranged at the top of the stairway. The problems that an overbridge is low in space utilization rate, long in construction period and low in passing efficiency, and raindrops splash down pedestrians are solved, and the situations that the occupied area is smaller, the space utilization rate is high, stability is high, and rainwater is prevented from splashing are achieved.
