The invention discloses an assembly type bridge lower structure and an installation method, and belongs to the technical field of assembly type bridges, the assembly type bridge lower structure comprises a bearing platform, a bridge pier and a cover beam which are sequentially and fixedly arranged from bottom to top, the bridge pier is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated bridge pier sections, a groove is formed in the first end of each bridge pier section, and an insertion part is arranged at the second end of each bridge pier section; the inserting part of one of two adjacent bridge pier sections can be inserted into the groove of the other bridge pier section, a plurality of inserting holes are formed in the bridge pier section in the circumferential direction with the axis of the bridge pier section as the center, the inserting holes penetrate through the inserting part through the grooves, and reinforcing steel bars are arranged in the inserting holes; one of the two adjacent bridge pier sections is provided with an injection molding hole communicated with the groove in the other bridge pier section. By means of the mode that the inserting parts are matched with the grooves, splicing of the bridge pier sections is achieved, after splicing is completed, concrete is injected into the injection molding holes so that the connecting stability of every two adjacent bridge pier sections can be guaranteed, and the construction difficulty is low.
本发明公开了一种装配式桥梁下部结构及安装方法,属于装配式桥梁技术领域,包括从下往上依次固定设置的承台、桥墩、盖梁,桥墩由多个预制成型的桥墩节段拼接而成,桥墩节段第一端设置有凹槽,桥墩节段第二端设有插入部,相邻两个桥墩节段中的其中一个桥墩节段的插入部能够插入另一个桥墩节段的凹槽内,桥墩节段上以桥墩节段轴心为中心周向设有多个插孔,插孔由凹槽贯穿插入部设置,插孔内设置有钢筋,相邻两个桥墩节段中的其中一个桥墩节段上设有与另一个桥墩节段上的凹槽连通的注塑孔。本发明通过插入部与凹槽配合的方式,实现了桥墩节段的拼接,并在拼接完成后通过往注塑孔内注入混凝土以保证相邻两个桥墩节段的连接稳固性,且施工难度低。
