The distance between the pier steel bars can be accurately controlled, the accuracy of steel bar layout is ensured, meanwhile, the binding position and state needed by the steel bars can be rapidly adjusted, the manual measurement and adjustment time is shortened, and therefore the construction efficiency is improved.
