The invention relates to a road dust-free cleaning device for highway engineering. The road dust-free cleaning device comprises a shell, a cleaning mechanism, a high-pressure spray head mechanism, a brush roller collecting mechanism and a recycling mechanism. The cleaning mechanism comprises an inner cleaning brush, an outer cleaning brush, a partition plate, a driving belt and a driving assembly. Partition plates are arranged on the two sides of the inner cleaning brush and the inner sides of the outer cleaning brushes, a left cleaning area and a right cleaning area are formed between the two outer cleaning brushes and the inner cleaning brush respectively, and a middle cleaning area is formed on the rear side of the inner cleaning brush. The high-pressure spray head mechanism comprises a side spray head, and the side spray head is arranged on a side plate of the shell and provides conveying airflow towards the rear end for the left cleaning area and the right cleaning area; the brush roller collecting mechanism comprises a brush roller shell, a roller shaft, a left brush roller, a right brush roller and a baffle. The recycling mechanism comprises a recycling cavity, a recycling pipe and a cleaning and recycling assembly, and the recycling cavity is formed in the rear side of the brush roller shell. High-pressure airflow is adopted for cleaning the ground, meanwhile, directional negative-pressure airflow is generated, dust overflowing in the cleaning process is effectively prevented, and the dust-free state of the working environment is kept.
