The invention discloses a distributed isolation type anti-drag precast pile and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pile foundation construction. The distributed isolation type anti-drag precast pile comprises a precast pile body, a distributed isolation composite film and a fixing piece; each section of precast pile is covered with 2-5 sections of distributed isolation composite films, each section of distributed isolation composite film is fixed to the precast pile through a fixing piece, the inner-layer film and the precast pile are bonded, the lower end of the upper distributed isolation composite film is wrapped in the lower distributed isolation composite film, and the lap joint sections of the upper distributed isolation composite film and the lower distributed isolation composite film are connected in a bonded mode. The construction method comprises the following steps: cleaning the precast pile; preparing a distribution isolation composite membrane; performing hole forming operation; precast pile construction; and finishing the construction. The isolation composite film is covered and distributed on the surface of the precast pile, so that the influence of settlement on the pile foundation in the construction process of a soft soil area or a filling area and after construction is eliminated.
