According to the building foundation waterproof construction method and the waterproof structure, an upper isolation layer, a thin film coiled material layer and a lower isolation layer are additionally arranged between a building foundation raft and the bottom face of a foundation pit, crack water of foundation pit rocks is drained into a water collecting well through the lower isolation layer, and meanwhile the crack water is drained into the water collecting well through the thin film coiled material layer. The lower isolating layer can also play a role in protecting the film coiled material layer, so that the film coiled material layer is prevented from being scratched by the rock on the bottom surface of the foundation pit; the thin film coiled material layer serves as an important structure for isolating crack water, and the crack water in the lower isolating layer is prevented from eroding the building foundation bed; and the upper isolating layer plays a role in protecting the film coiled material layer.
本发明涉及一种建筑基础防水施工方法及防水结构,本发明在建筑基础筏板和基坑底面之间增加了上层隔离层、薄膜卷材层和下层隔离层,通过下层隔离层将基坑岩石的裂隙水引流至集水井中,同时,下层隔离层还可以起到保护薄膜卷材层的作用,避免基坑底面的岩石划破薄膜卷材层;薄膜卷材层作为隔离裂隙水的重要结构,避免下层隔离层中的裂隙水侵蚀建筑基础垫层;上层隔离层起到保护薄膜卷材层的作用。
