The invention belongs to the field of building design, and particularly relates to a sealing device for pre-sealing a settlement post-cast strip in constructional engineering. Comprising a prefabricated cover plate, a through hole is formed in the middle of the prefabricated cover plate, a pouring pipe penetrates through the through hole, a right-angle notch is formed between the prefabricated cover plate and the settlement post-cast strip in the span direction, an anchor bolt node is anchored into a garage top plate from the right-angle notch, and the situation that the post-cast strip is poured incompactly in the later period, so that the prefabricated cover plate and the settlement post-cast strip displace is effectively prevented; and the integrality of later concrete pouring is achieved. Arc chamfers are arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated cover plate and filled with waterproof mortar, and necessary conditions are made for construction of the lower waterproof procedure. The later connection integrity of the garage roof is guaranteed, and the construction difficulty caused by differential settlement is effectively avoided; the prefabricated cover plate is arranged for pre-sealing, the post-cast strip can be sealed in advance, the construction period is shortened, and manpower and material resources are saved.
