Fully-prefabricated floor slab system and construction method
The invention discloses a fully-prefabricated floor slab system and a construction method. The system comprises prefabricated floor slabs on the two sides, connecting steel bars and post-pouring concrete. Each prefabricated floor slab comprises prefabricated floor slab body concrete, prefabricated floor slab body steel bars, wing plate concrete and wing plate steel bars. The prefabricated floor slab upper longitudinal steel bars extend out of the side face of the prefabricated floor slab body concrete. The wing plate concrete and the wing plate steel bars are located on the connecting side of the prefabricated floor slab. The connecting steel bars are arranged in construction grooves formed by butt joint of wing plates of the prefabricated floor slabs on the two sides at intervals and connected with the wing plate longitudinal steel bars and the upper longitudinal steel bars. The post-pouring concrete is poured in the construction groove and covers the upper longitudinal steel bars and the connecting steel bars. The problem that permanent physical abutted seams between traditional fully-prefabricated hollow floor slabs are prone to cracking is solved, the out-of-plane flexural rigidity and bearing capacity can be remarkably improved, deformation coordination between the slabs is achieved, the in-plane overall flexural rigidity and bearing capacity are improved, and construction is convenient.
本发明公开了一种全预制楼板体系及施工方法。该体系包括有两侧的预制楼板、连接钢筋和后浇混凝土,所述预制楼板包括有预制楼板主体混凝土、预制楼板主体钢筋、翼板混凝土、翼板钢筋;所述预制楼板上部纵向钢筋伸出预制楼板主体混凝土侧面;所述翼板混凝土和翼板钢筋位于预制楼板的连接侧;所述连接钢筋间隔设置在两侧预制楼板的翼板对接形成的施工槽内,与翼板纵向钢筋和上部纵向钢筋相连接;所述后浇混凝土浇筑在施工槽,覆盖上部纵向钢筋和连接钢筋。本发明解决了传统全预制空心楼板之间的永久性物理拼缝容易开裂的问题可显著提升面外抗弯刚度和承载能力,实现板与板之间的变形协调,提升面内整体抗弯刚度和承载力,且便于施工。
