The lower end of the interior of the supporting frame is slidably connected with lower parking tables which are symmetrically distributed, the rear end of the supporting frame is slidably connected with balance weight seats which are uniformly distributed, the lower surfaces of the balance weight seats are symmetrically provided with first balance weight blocks, and the upper ends of the balance weight seats are provided with insertion holes; the floating counterweight units are arranged at the rear end of the supporting frame, and the insertion holes are matched with the floating counterweight units; the control unit is arranged at the upper end of the supporting frame, the rear side of the lower end of the control unit is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the balance weight seat, and the front side of the lower end of the control unit is provided with an upper parking platform.
