The shaft sleeve self-locking device comprises a shaft sleeve, a special-shaped expansion sleeve, a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a sliding block, and the shaft sleeve is embedded into the inner circle faces of the two ends of a bucket rod front shaft assembly; the special-shaped expansion sleeve comprises a disc part and a conical part which are integrally connected, an elastic kerf is formed in the disc part, the expansion sleeve outer conical surface of the conical part is attached to the inner conical surface of the end of the bucket rod front shaft assembly, and the expansion sleeve inner circular surface is attached to the outer circular surface of the shaft sleeve; the first connecting piece is connected with the special-shaped expansion sleeve and the outer end face of the bucket rod front shaft assembly. The bottom end of the second connecting piece makes contact with the inner conical face of the bucket rod front shaft assembly through a compressed spring and a sliding block, the sliding block moves to the upper end face of the sliding block along with tightening of the second connecting piece to be attached to the outer end face of an inner groove of the bucket rod front shaft assembly, and self-locking is formed. Self-locking and three-axis self-centering of the bucket rod front shaft assembly, the sliding block and the special-shaped expansion sleeve are achieved, and the problems that a shaft sleeve is abraded, and a friction plate and the bucket rod front shaft assembly crack are solved; and quick disassembly can be realized.
