Low-shrinkage foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses low-shrinkage foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 350-450 parts of cement, 50-150 parts of tailing sand, 175-250 parts of water, 6-8 parts of a physical foaming agent, 0.6-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 2-5 parts of rubber powder and 2-7 parts of fibers. The preparation method of the foam concrete comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing and stirring the cement, the tailing sand, the rubber powder and the fibers to obtain a mixture; uniformly mixing water and a water reducing agent, adding the mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry; adding water to dilute a foaming agent to prepare foaming liquid, and adding the foaming liquid into a foaming machine to prepare foam; and finally, adding the foam into the slurry, mixing and stirring uniformly, pouring into a mold, and curing to the age. According to the low-shrinkage foam concrete and the preparation method thereof, the prepared foam concrete is high in strength and small in shrinkage, the consumption of cement is reduced, and energy is saved.
