The invention discloses a municipal anti-collapse bridge structure which comprises Y-shaped fixing frames, the two fixing frames are parallel to each other, a cross beam is fixed between the two fixing frames, a bridge body is arranged at the top of the cross beam, fixing blocks are fixed to the positions, close to the edge of the bridge body, of the bridge body, and the two fixing blocks are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of each fixing frame. A guide rod parallel to the top of the bridge body is fixed between the two fixing blocks on the same side of the fixing frames, each fixing frame is provided with a cable, the two ends of each cable penetrate through the V-shaped rod bodies on the top of the corresponding fixing frame and are connected with the guide rods on the two sides of the corresponding fixing frame, and the part, located between the V-shaped rod bodies on the top of the corresponding fixing frame, of each cable is horizontally arranged. The fixing frame is provided with a pulley assembly used for opening the part, penetrating through the V-shaped rod body, of the cable and reducing friction. According to the cable fixing device, due to the arrangement of the pulley assembly, a good opening and guiding effect on the cable is achieved, and the probability of abrasion caused by bending of the connecting position between the cable and the fixing frame is reduced.
