The invention relates to a length-adjustable suspender connecting piece, and belongs to the technical field of vibration control of a structural vibration resistance technology. Peripheral distributed pull rod structures are uniformly arranged at the tops of adjacent gaps of a fence-shaped barrel structure in the suspender connecting piece through tooth-shaped links on pull rods; the periphery distributed pull rod structure is fixed in the fence-shaped barrel structure through a plurality of groups of displacement constraints formed by displaceable constraint steel hoops, arc-shaped short steel columns and the displaceable constraint steel hoops outside the fence-shaped barrel structure, and each displaceable constraint steel hoop is sealed and constrained by the side edge of a vertical regulator; and an internal mass block capable of moving up and down along the inner wall surface of the regulator is arranged in the vertical regulator, and when vertical vibration is generated, the internal mass block drives the vertical regulator to move up or down, part or all of the displaceable constraint steel hoops are automatically separated, and the peripheral distributed pull rod structures are driven to move down to adjust the length of the suspender.
