The invention relates to the field of water conservancy facilities, in particular to an aqueduct structure and a construction method for reinforcing part of aqueduct sections. The aqueduct structure comprises an original aqueduct structure and an outer wrapping aqueduct body structure. The original aqueduct structure comprises at least two aqueduct sections which are sequentially matched in a sealed mode in the extending direction of an aqueduct. The externally-wrapped aqueduct body structure is arranged on the outer side of at least one aqueduct section and is in lap joint with at least one aqueduct section on at least one side. According to the aqueduct structure, the outer wrapping duct body structure is arranged on the outer sides of at least part of the aqueduct sections, the outer wrapping duct body structure can be used for reinforcing or replacing an original aqueduct structure, part of the aqueduct sections can be reinforced and maintained in situ under the condition that water is not cut off, and the aqueduct structure has the advantages of being low in cost and high in efficiency; the outer wrapping groove body structure is in lap joint with at least one aqueduct section on at least one side, the waterproof performance between the outer wrapping groove body structure and the original aqueduct structure can be improved, and therefore leakage of fluid in the aqueduct is reduced or avoided.
