The invention relates to the field of foundation treatment, in particular to a grouting device and method for improving EICP solidified sandy soil uniformity, the grouting device comprises a fixing frame, a grouting pump and a slurry pump are installed on the fixing frame, the output end of the grouting pump is provided with four grouting pipes which are used for being vertically inserted in the periphery of a model box and can telescopically adjust the grouting position, and the grouting pipes are connected with the slurry pump. The input end of the slurry pump is connected with a slurry pumping pipe used for being inserted into the middle of the model, and the grouting pipe and the slurry pumping pipe are wrapped with gauze. The device is beneficial to the test of uniformly solidifying sandy soil by microorganisms, and uniform grouting reinforcement in the horizontal and vertical directions can be realized.
