The deep foundation pit dewatering construction device comprises a main body frame, a lifting frame is arranged on the main body frame in a sliding mode, a buoyancy block and a water suction pump are arranged at the top and the bottom of the lifting frame correspondingly, the buoyancy block is used for adjusting the height of the water suction pump along with the height of the water surface, and a filtering and dirt removing assembly used for preventing blockage is arranged at the water suction end of the water suction pump. The water outlet end is provided with a drainage pipe extending to the ground. The filtering and cleaning assembly is arranged at the input end of the water suction pump, the purpose of automatic cleaning through kinetic energy of water can be achieved, and the situation that the water suction efficiency is low or equipment is damaged due to the fact that sundries are accumulated at the input port of the water suction pump is avoided; meanwhile, by arranging the buoyancy block and the lifting frame, the input end of the water pumping equipment can be always located at the position, close to the water surface, in the foundation pit, the input end of the water pumping equipment is prevented from being directly placed in a water area with many sundries at the bottom of the foundation pit, the workload of the water pumping equipment is relieved to the maximum extent, and meanwhile the probability that the water pumping equipment is blocked by the sundries is reduced.
本发明提供一种深基坑降水施工装置及其方法,包括主体框架,主体框架上滑动设置有升降架,升降架的顶部和底部分别设置有浮力块和抽水泵,浮力块用于随水面高度调整抽水泵高度,抽水泵的抽水端设置有用于防堵塞的过滤清污组件,出水端设置有延伸至地面上的排水管。通过对抽水泵的输入端设置过滤清污组件,且能够实现利用水的动能自动清洁的目的,避免杂物堆积于抽水泵的输入口造成抽水效率低下或者设备损坏的情况;同时,通过设置浮力块和升降架,能够使得抽水设备的输入端始终处于基坑内水面下较近的位置,避免抽水设备输入端直接放置于基坑底部杂物较多的水域,最大化的减轻了抽水设备的工作负担,同时降低了抽水设备被杂物堵塞的概率。
