The invention relates to a concrete formwork supporting system, in particular to a PCCP (prestressed concrete cylinder pipe) concrete base formwork supporting system which comprises steel formworks, a trapezoidal pipe frame, a rotary sleeve, a reinforcing steel bar bolt, a paving steel plate, a paving pin and a rotary bearing plug, the steel formworks are sequentially and adjacently mounted at the peripheral design position of a first-stage concrete base, and the trapezoidal pipe frame is in a right trapezoid shape; a breaking opening is formed in the right-angle position of the bottom of the trapezoid pipe frame, and the bearing plug is used for being movably connected to the breaking opening so that bottom stress bearing of the trapezoid pipe frame can be achieved. The steel formwork which is not prone to deformation and damage is adopted, the purchase cost is reduced, the steel formwork is large in rigidity and high in strength, compared with a wood formwork, internal supporting is not needed, the trapezoid pipe frame can be used for supporting according to needs, the supporting number is reduced, the T-shaped steel bar bolts and the trapezoid pipe frame can be repeatedly used, the service life of the formwork is prolonged, and the turnover efficiency of the formwork is improved.
